The ADVANTA eZfill module is designed to improve operational efficiencies of fuel distributor’s by utilising the latest software technologies and hardware devices to keep your mobile workforce connected with your backend office no matter where they are.
With ADVANTA eZfill, information is received from remote sites via GSM/GPRS technology immediately which eliminates the need for fuel trucks to return to the office to upload information onto the IT system. Administration costs will be reduced and an improvement of cash flows achieved as up to date information from the remote workforce has never been so easy to collect.
The fuel delivery process is totally automated with ADVANTA eZfill. The system allows drivers to load and unload fuel products to the truck, deliver fuel from scheduled and unscheduled orders, drop fuel into specific tanks, and capture signatures and GPS coordinates at the point of delivery. In addition, the driver can print out a customer invoice/docket, trip reports and end of shift reports with the ADVANTA eZfill module.

ADVANTA eZfill is designed around the latest technologies available in the industry. The software operates on the standard Microsoft Pocket PC operating system and integrates freely with almost any brand of ruggedised PDA on the market.
The software caters for Bluetooth communication technology between the PDA device and the onboard printing device to provide truck drivers with the movement flexibility required when working at a remote location.
