Warehouse Management

  • transactions for receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, despatch, stock movements and stocktakes

Carrier Interfaces

  • Uploads carrier rates and postcode/zone information
  • Sends electronic manifests
  • Uploads carrier invoices for automated matching

Proof of delivery (PDA based)

  • Downloads electronic manifest to handheld PDA device
  • Ability to record delivery details, eg cartons dropped, cash collected, signature capture, date and time stamped
  • POD information returned immediately to host via GPRS network
  • POD information and signatures available to the client via web enquiries

Proof of delivery (paper based)

  • Consignment notes are signed and faxed in
  • Auto scanning of documents into online repository using OCR scanning technology
  • Document images available online via web enquiries

Reporting and Analysis

  • Exception reporting on incorrect carrier invoice charges
