Translogix Sells CRM Division to Partner

Long established, specialist software solutions provider Translogix International today announced that it has sold its CRM Division to StayinFront, Inc. of the US. Translogix has been a StayinFront implementation partner since 1995.

StayinFront is a leading global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications and decision support tools. Translogix’s CRM Division has implemented, serviced and supported CRM solutions to leading Australian and International organizations including 3M, GlaxoSmithKline and The Fosters Group. These solutions were based on StayinFront’s comprehensive family of products, which include Visual Elk™, Panorama™, PocketElk™ and WebWorks™.

Translogix delivers software solutions in three industry market segments: Logistics, CRM and eBusiness. The scope of the acquisition agreement is limited to Translogix’s CRM Division. Translogix will continue to provide solutions based on its range of Logistics and eBusiness products. These include the BILS Logistics suite, comprising a range of integrated modules for all Distribution, Paperless Warehousing and Contract Warehousing applications, and Translogix’s TIMe eBusiness suite, which allows organizations to streamline their operations by replacing paper-based information channels with e-paper.

“Translogix’s CRM Division is merging with StayinFront’s Australian office to form one of the largest CRM sales and support teams in Australia. This will benefit our clients through increased depth of support and new services. It will also create a formidable competitor in the marketplace,” said Robert Kery, Translogix’s Managing Director.

“Translogix International will now concentrate fully on Logistics and eBusiness solutions. We will continue to provide premium solutions and support services by ensuring we deliver value to our client organizations. With our increased focus we expect to further enhance our products in these markets.”
