EMpower™ provides all the functionality required for a print company to start eCommerce operations. This includes an internet ‘shop-front’, which allows registration of new customers, processing of requests for quotation and the entry of orders. Processing is kept simple by providing sample document layouts and specification templates. Users no longer have to receive hard copies of customer orders and quotes then re-key this data into other systems. This removes potential error and in turn speeds the ordering and quoting processes. EMpower™ is hosted by Advanta, providing fast implementation, minimal administrative overhead and low entry costs. Advanta has appointed Sydney based e-SCAPE as a distributor of EMpower™. e-SCAPE are specialists in providing supply chain solutions across a wide range of industries, including printing companies.
