MSC Logistics are a specialist 3rd Party Logistics Service provider who offers tailored solutions to a wide range of businesses. They combine more than 50 years of experience in developing, setting up and running Logistics operations in Australian and International companies to assure dedication in providing innovative Logistics, Materials Handling and Storage solutions. MSC focuses on working with small to medium size organisations to build real integration and benefits to other business activities. Advanta Software was chosen after an extensive selection process based on an analysis of key criteria “value for money, functionality, configurability, and local support”. Advanta’s BILS – Supply Chain Execution (SCE) system was chosen to replace MSC’s legacy systems which required high levels of manual data entry and re-entry and offered little in the way of performance reporting. As part of MSC Logistics’ commitment to providing their customers with the highest possible level of Customer Service, the BILS-SCE enables MSC to tailor its functionality to suit the individual needs of each of their clients. MSC’s Managing Director, Mike Hayes believes that the software will enable them “to operate a multi-user warehouse more efficiently while offering customers the highest level of service with regard to ‘In Full on Time deliveries’, data accuracy and performance reporting."
