Markitforce Implements Advanta eLogistics

Specialist 3PL Markitforce has selected Advanta’s eLogistics suite to meet changing consumer needs and to enhance customer service. Advanta’s eLogistics suite covers a wide range of eCommerce applications. In the first phase of their project Markitforce has implemented on-line ordering and catalogue management in a fully hosted environment.

Markitforce are specialists in the warehousing, packaging and distribution of sales, merchandising, point of sale and promotional material. Unlike other providers in the industry Marktiforce has full quality accreditation and are strongly focused on customer service.

Increasing demand from their customers for online ordering and access to catalogues led Markitforce to seek out suitable solutions. They required a supplier with the flexibility to interface a new product with their current systems. Additionally they had a very short time frame of just eight weeks in which to integrate and introduce the new service, and “our deadlines were all met”.

With this solution in place, Markitforce now offers online ordering, inventory management and catalogue creation for their clients. “Our clients have real time access to stock levels, as well as digital images of their products whereby they can create their own POS catalogues via email”.
