Advanta releases ATLAS eZorder v2

Advanta Software, specialist solution provider to the Logistics and 3PL Logistics marketplace announced the release of ATLAS eZorder version 2, a significant enhancement of Advanta’s B2B internet order management suite.

ATLAS eZorder is a comprehensive eBusiness product suite for the placement, monitoring and management of business-to-business (B2B) web ordering. It is widely used by Advanta’s logistics clients and Advanta’s Third Party Logistics companies’ client base, including leading organizations such as Westpac Bank, Barbecues Galore, Unilever, NSW Police and Colgate.

ATLAS eZorder v2 is not a minor release. It represents a complete re-write using Microsoft’s latest .Net technology framework. At the same time it boasts an extensive range of innovations. Some of the key features of ATLAS eZorder V2 are:

  • Simple and intuitive B2B Order Entry providing rapid order capture
  • Intuitive and flexible product search for product by code, any word of the product description, and category, enabling quick location of products
  • Category tree and display of product images and product specifications
  • Comprehensive tracking of orders throughout the fulfilment process; Ready to process, Picking in Progress, Despatched, Delivered, with direct recall and display of the proof-of-delivery document
  • Repeat and standing orders are catered for using order templates
  • Full order history is maintained and is available for reporting with a wide range of selection filters
  • Users can download their own product catalogue, complete with images, eliminating the need to have these printed and despatched
  • Flexible and powerful configuration is provided, enabling:
    • the customisation of look and feel so eZorder can match the client’s web site
    • tailoring of menus to enhance or limit functionality by user groups
    • business rules to manage the allocation of stock to customers
    • a full range of security options
  • Complete integration to Advanta’s other ATLAS modules including Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Execution, and Transport management. eZorder can be called directly from ATLAS A3 Client portal
  • Custom integration to third-party ERP and Supply chain management software is also available with XML import and export of products, customers and orders. Real-time stock availability enquiries can also be provided.
